I'm currently working with a highly respected consultancy who are looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Southampton team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced QS to work across a diverse range of major projects while developing their career within a well-established and supportive business.
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you'll be involved in delivering high-quality cost and commercial management services across a range of exciting projects, working closely with clients, contractors and wider project teams.

You'll have the opportunity to take responsibility for projects from inception through to completion, while also supporting junior team members and developing client relationships.
We're looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor who is confident working within a consultancy environment and is looking to take the next step in their career.
Chartered status is essential for this position, so you will need to be MRICS qualified with a strong track record within quantity surveying/cost management.
