Job Description:

A new client to Sphere are looking to appoint a Senior Quantity Surveyor for an upcoming scheme in Bristol. 

Your new company are a Social Housing specialist, who offer a broad range of services that include Building Safety, Capital Works, Maintenance, and Retrofit to name a few. They are a subsidiary or a larger group that is one of the most established UK main contractors. 

This role is in relation to an £18M Cladding & Remediation project, consisting of 4 high rise blocks, commencing 4th January 2027. Whilst working in this role, you will oversee Commercial elements whilst reporting into a roaming Commercial Manager. 

The ideal candidate will have experience in both Construction and Cladding. 

Moving forward, my client are looking to set up a regional business in Bristol, so from their perspective, this is a long term situation and not aimed at delivering an individual project.
