Senior Quantity Surveyor

Are you a Senior Quantity Surveyor looking to take ownership of your projects, work directly with clients and progress within a growing consultancy where your contribution will genuinely make a difference?

On offer is an excellent opportunity to join an ambitious, independent cost consultancy delivering high-quality projects from inception through to final account, with direct support from experienced Directors and a genuine pathway towards leadership, directorship or partnership.

This established consultancy specialises in high-end residential, commercial refurbishment, leisure, hospitality and bespoke fit-out projects. With an expanding portfolio of work and ambitious growth plans, the business is looking for a driven Senior Quantity Surveyor who can take responsibility for projects and play a key role in its future development.

In this role, you will manage a varied portfolio, overseeing the full quantity surveying lifecycle while building strong relationships with clients and project stakeholders. You will enjoy significant autonomy, regular interaction with the Directors and the opportunity to develop your commercial and leadership responsibilities.

This role would suit an experienced Quantity Surveyor from a consultancy background who is confident managing projects independently, enjoys working directly with clients and wants to grow alongside an ambitious business.

The Role:

• Managing projects across the full quantity surveying lifecycle, from initial cost planning and procurement through to final account.
• Working across high-end residential, refurbishment, leisure, hospitality, student accommodation and commercial fit-out projects.
• Acting as a key point of contact for clients, providing commercial advice, cost management and project reporting.

The Person:

• Strong understanding of the full quantity surveying lifecycle, from inception through to final account.
• Confident managing multiple projects independently and communicating directly with clients.
• Proactive, commercially minded and comfortable working within a small, collaborative team.
• Ambitious individual looking for long-term progression and the opportunity to take on greater responsibility.
