Commercial Lead for successful main contractor leading a £28m project in West London and PCSA for data centre

About the role of Commercial lead

Your role as Commercial lead will be to work on the above named project as the stand alone surveyor, taking the project through from inception to complete whist managing a PSCA of a major data centre on the same site.

Requirements for Commercial Lead

The company are looking for a candidate who can come in and hit the ground running, and has proven experience leading projects and working on PSCA/work winning. You will be confident negotiator, client facing with ability to drive projects forward. You will be able to work independently, career minded and looking to push your career forward

You will ideally have:

• Contract negotiation and work winning
• Another main contractor
• Data centres (not essential)
• Ability to lead jobs

The company are a successful main contractor with a UK turnover of over £600m. With projects including data centres, industrial and logistics. They have multiple offices across the UK and a growth mentality. With key clients including Amazon, GSK and Vantage
