£35,000 - £40,000 + Benefits

Monday - Friday Days

A new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Service & Operations Coordinator to join a growing engineering business in a newly created role.

• Manage customer enquiries and service requests.
• Produce and follow up service quotations.
• Schedule and coordinate engineers.
• Support customers with maintenance and servicing requirements.
• Build strong customer relationships and identify opportunities.
• Assist with new product introductions and business growth initiatives.
• Support senior management with day-to-day operational activities.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Organised and proactive approach.
• Motivated and eager to learn.
• Previous experience in a Service Coordinator, Sales Coordinator, Customer Service, or similar role would be advantageous.
• Engineering or manufacturing experience would be beneficial but is not essential.

• £35,000 - £40,000 salary
