Job Title - Service Sales Executive – New Business (Security & Life Safety)
Location - Dublin
Salary - €70,000 Negotiable + commission
A driven Service Sales Executive – New Business is required to grow recurring service revenue across Ireland. This is a pure hunter role, focused on winning new customers and securing service contracts for electronic security and life safety systems.
You will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and client engagement through to contract negotiation and close, before handing over to service delivery teams. The role covers commercial, enterprise, and public-sector organisations where service agreements are not currently in place.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and win new business for security and life safety service contracts
Develop opportunities across commercial, enterprise, and public-sector clients
Manage the full sales cycle – prospecting, meetings, proposals, negotiation and close
Conduct site assessments to identify compliance gaps and service needs
Build and maintain a strong new business pipeline
Achieve new revenue and recurring service contract targets
Prepare commercial proposals and service agreements
Maintain accurate pipeline reporting and forecasting
Work closely with operations teams to ensure smooth contract onboarding
Requirements
Essential
3+ years’ success in a B2B new business (hunter) sales role
Experience selling service contracts, maintenance agreements, or recurring revenue solutions
Experience engaging commercial, enterprise, or public-sector clients
Strong prospecting, negotiation and closing skills
Ability to build pipeline and consistently hit sales targets
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Strong commercial awareness
Full clean driving licence with willingness to travel across Ireland
