Shift Electrical Engineer (Facilities Maintenance)

Coleshill, commutable from: Birmingham, Hinckley, Nuneaton, Coventry, Lichfield, Cannock, Walsall, Solihull & all surrounding areas

£40,000 + Overtime + Pension + Life Assurance + Training & Qualifications + Career Progression + Excellent Company Benefits

Permanent role (3-shift rotation)

Are you an Electrical Engineer with maintenance experience, looking for a shift-based position with plenty of overtime earning potential?

On offer is a fantastic opportunity where you will carry out a mixture of planned and reactivce maintenance on building services across this industrial site, with the chance to become funded training courses & qualifications to become a multiskilled Engineer.

Alongside this you will be able to substantially increase your earnings through the addition of enhanced overtime rates, as well as progress into senior and managerial position with clearly structured progression routes.

This position would suit an Electrician/Electrical Engineer with maintenance experience, looking for a static shift-based role with overtime earning potential.

The Role:

• Carry out electrical maintenance, installations, testing and fault-finding.
• Repair and maintain plant, instrumentation and control systems.
• 3-shift rotating weekly

The Candidate:

• Apprentice-trained/NVQ qualified Electrical Engineer
• Maintenance experience
• Happy working on rotating shifts
