Job Description:

Site Manager – Manchester 

Our client specialise in many sectors, including Residential, Commercial, Healthcare, Education and Cladding Remedation. They have sites across Manchester and the surrounding areas and are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join their team and manage their upcoming projects. 

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily site operations and subcontractors.
• Monitor programme, progress, quality, and health & safety.
• Coordinate labour, materials, logistics, and site setup.
• Maintain project records, reports, and site documentation.
• Chair site meetings and provide regular updates to management.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to specification.

Skills and Qualifications needed:

• SMSTS
• CSCS
• First Aid at work
• Asbestos Awareness (if no, willing to get)
• Working at Height
• PASMA
• IT Literacy
• Extensive experience in Site Management
