Job Description:

Site Manager – SMSTS | Enhanced DBS Required | Oxford (OX4 3LX) | 6-Week Contract

Frontline Construction Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Site Manager for a live school refurbishment project in Oxford (OX4 3LX).

This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable main contractor on a busy education project, with works commencing on 20th July 2026 and expected to last approximately 6 weeks.

Location:
Oxford – OX4 3LX (Education Facility)

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing the day-to-day running of the site
• Coordinating subcontractors and site activities
• Ensuring works are completed safely, on time and to programme
• Maintaining the highest standards of health & safety
• Completing site documentation and daily reports
• Liaising with the client and project management team

Essential Requirements:

• Valid SMSTS
• Enhanced DBS Certificate (current)
• First Aid at Work
• Previous Site Manager experience on construction projects
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Recent, checkable references
