Job Description:

Site Manager – SMSTS | Enhanced DBS Required | Bicester (OX26 2NX) | 6-Week Contract

Frontline Construction Recruitment is currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a school refurbishment project in Bicester (OX26 2NX).

The project is expected to run for approximately 6 weeks, commencing on 20th July 2026, with the possibility of an earlier start from 13th July 2026.

Location:
St Mary's Catholic Primary School, Bicester (OX26 2NX)

Duties will include:

• Managing daily site operations
• Supervising subcontractors and ensuring works are completed to programme
• Enforcing health and safety procedures
• Monitoring quality and site progress
• Completing site records and reports
• Working closely with the project management team

Essential Requirements:

• Valid SMSTS
• Enhanced DBS Certificate (current)
• First Aid at Work
• Previous Site Manager experience
• Strong health and safety knowledge
• Excellent communication skills
• Recent, checkable references
