Job Description:

An opportunity has arisen for a Site Manager to join a main contractor working on a new build social housing development in Sunderland

Working closely with the team, the candidate will play a key role in coordinating the day-to-day construction activities, ensuring the development is delivered safely, on programme, to a high standard and in line with company procedures

• Previous experience as a Site Manager within new build housing.
• A strong understanding of residential construction methods and build sequencing.
• Good knowledge of health and safety requirements.
• The ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• The ability to work to deadlines and manage competing priorities.
• A relevant CSCS card/SMSTS and First Aid and appropriate site management/supervisory qualification are essential

£28.00 per hour
