A well established building and refurbishment contractor that specialises in high-end residential projects and basements in London are seeking a Site Manager to join their team.

The Site Manager will work alongside a team that focuses solely on bespoke residential refurbishments and basements in London.

The Site Manager Role

The successful Site Manager's first project will be a £4million refurbishment in Kensington, you'll be responsible for delivering a 30 metre+ basement extending almost the full footprint of the property. Combine this with top down construction, complex temporary works and some serious façade retention, it's a complex project that needs someone who understands the technicality, can communicate effectively and ultimately who can delivery in a high pressure environment.

High end residential experience £2 million+ budgets

Extensive basement experience
