Job Description:

Walthamstow, East London
Circa £50,000 package Permanent

We are recruiting an experienced FRA Site Manager to oversee fire safety and remedial works across occupied social housing properties in Walthamstow.

You will manage the day-to-day delivery of works, ensuring projects are completed safely, on programme and to the required quality and compliance standards.

• Oversee fire door, fire stopping and compartmentation works

• Manage subcontractors and site operatives

• Monitor health and safety, quality and programme performance

• Complete site inspections, audits and work sign-offs

• Maintain accurate records and compliance documentation

• Liaise with residents, the client, RLOs and the wider project team

• Ensure minimal disruption within occupied properties

• FRA or passive fire experience is essential

• Previous Site Manager experience within social housing

• Knowledge of fire doors, fire stopping and compartmentation

• Strong understanding of health and safety and compliance

• SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications

• Excellent organisational and communication skills

• Full UK driving licence

This is a permanent opportunity offering a salary of approximately £50,000 plus package.
