Join a well-established main contractor with an outstanding reputation for delivering high-quality projects across the Channel Islands. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to join the business for a September 2026 start.

Your first project will involve delivering remedial works within a live healthcare environment, managing a project valued at approximately £1 million. Following this, you'll have the opportunity to work across a varied portfolio of commercial and residential developments as part of the company's long-term pipeline of projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day site operations from project commencement through to completion
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers and site teams
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme and within budget
• Maintain high standards of quality, compliance and health & safety
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to senior management
• Build strong working relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors
• Ensure all site activities are completed efficiently and in line with project requirements

Requirements

• Previous experience working as a Site Manager within the construction industry
• Strong commercial construction and residential experience is essential
• Experience delivering projects safely, on time and to a high standard
• Up to date and relevant tickets and qualifications 
• A genuine interest in relocating to the Channel Islands
