SITE MANAGER – £300 PER DAY – 4 WEEK CONTRACT

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a commercial fit-out project for a self-storage facility in Rubery.
The ProjectThe initial stages of the project will involve managing and coordinating:

• Dryliners constructing a firewall through the building
• Installation of a 2-tier mezzanine floor
• Site coordination and supervision of subcontractors
• Health & Safety and ensuring works are completed to programme
• Maintaining quality standards throughout the works

Requirements

• Previous Site Manager experience on commercial fit-out projects
• Experience managing drylining and/or mezzanine installations preferred
• SMSTS
• First Aid
• CSCS
• Strong Health & Safety knowledge
• Able to confidently manage subcontractors and keep the project on programme

Location: Rubery, B45 9FP
Rate: £300 per day
Duration: 4 weeks
