Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive

Belgravia, London | £28,000–£30,000 | Full-time, Permanent

Are you a creative, digitally savvy marketer with a passion for social media, content and premium fashion?

We’re looking for a Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive to join a growing premium fashion brand based in Belgravia, London. This is an exciting opportunity to become part of a small, fast-moving marketing team where you’ll have genuine ownership of the brand’s organic social presence while contributing to wider digital marketing activity.

Working closely with the Marketing Manager and external agency partners, you’ll be responsible for creating engaging, on-brand content across social channels, managing the content calendar and helping to bring seasonal campaigns and promotions to life.

The Role of the Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive

You’ll take a hands-on approach to social media and content creation, combining creativity with strong organisational and digital marketing skills.

Key Responsibilities of the Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive

• Plan, create and schedule engaging organic content across Instagram and Facebook
• Manage and maintain the social media content calendar, aligning activity with seasonal campaigns, launches and promotions
• Create social-first content, including graphics, photography and short-form video
• Design creative assets for Meta advertising campaigns
• Develop and maintain a consistent, premium brand presence across social channels
• Engage with the online community, responding to comments, messages and reviews
• Edit and retouch imagery using Adobe Photoshop
• Edit video content for social media, creating engaging short-form formats
• Write compelling, on-brand social copy with an appropriate tone of voice
• Monitor social and website performance and contribute to regular reporting and analysis
• Work collaboratively with the Marketing Manager and external agency to support wider digital marketing activity

About You

We’re looking for a creative and enthusiastic marketer who is confident getting stuck into both the creative and practical sides of social media.

You’ll ideally have:

2+ years’ experience in a social media or digital marketing role, either in-house or agency

Strong Adobe Photoshop and image retouching skills

Experience editing short-form video content

Hands-on experience creating, managing and scheduling content across Instagram and Facebook

Strong graphic design skills and an excellent eye for visual detail

A natural understanding of what makes engaging, social-first content

Confident copywriting skills and a strong understanding of brand tone of voice

Experience managing content calendars and coordinating multiple deadlines

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

A creative, proactive approach and the ability to work independently

A genuine interest in fashion, lifestyle and digital trends

The confidence to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Desirable Experience

It would be advantageous if you also have experience in:

• Paid social and/or paid search
• TikTok and other emerging social platforms
• Photography and content capture
• Website and social analytics
• Working with external creative or digital agencies
• Premium, luxury, fashion or lifestyle brands
