Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive

Belgravia, London | £28,000–£30,000 | Permanent | Fully Office-Based

Are you a creative and hands-on social media or digital marketing professional looking for your next opportunity?

We’re working with a growing premium fashion brand based in Belgravia who are looking for a talented Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive to join their small, fast-paced marketing team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being hands-on with content and wants to take ownership of a brand’s organic social presence while getting involved across the wider digital marketing function.

The RoleWorking closely with the Marketing Manager and an external advertising agency, you’ll play a key role in developing the brand’s digital presence.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Planning, creating and scheduling organic content across Instagram and Facebook.
• Managing and maintaining a content calendar around seasonal campaigns and promotions.
• Creating engaging social-first content, including graphics and short-form video.
• Designing creative assets for Meta advertising campaigns.
• Writing engaging, on-brand social media copy.
• Managing comments, messages and reviews while maintaining the brand's tone of voice.
• Editing and retouching imagery using Adobe Photoshop.
• Editing video content for social channels.
• Supporting website content and keeping digital content fresh throughout the season.
• Tracking and reporting on social and website performance.
• Working closely with the external agency to ensure paid social and Google advertising activity remains on-brand.

About YouWe’re looking for someone with at least 2 years’ experience in social media or digital marketing, either agency or in-house, who is confident getting stuck into the creative side of marketing.

You’ll ideally have:

• Strong hands-on experience managing Instagram and Facebook.
• Confident Adobe Photoshop skills, including image retouching and preparing imagery for web.
• Experience creating and editing short-form video for social media.
• Strong graphic design skills and an eye for polished, on-brand creative.
• Experience using Meta Business Suite or similar scheduling platforms.
• Excellent copywriting skills with a strong understanding of social-first content.
• Experience managing content calendars and multiple campaigns.
• A creative and proactive approach with plenty of ideas.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with paid social, Google Ads, TikTok, photography/content capture and analytics would be advantageous.
