Spa Shift Manager

Aqua Sana Forest Spa, Woburn Forest | Circa £30,700 per annum

Bring calm, care and confidence to every guest

Lead the day-to-day operations of Aqua Sana Forest Spa. In this hands-on role, you'll ensure exceptional guest experiences, motivate a team and drive commercial success during your shifts.

What you'll be doing

• Oversee smooth spa operations and uphold high service standards
• Handle guest enquiries and take accountability for daily performance
• Lead, motivate and support a large team to deliver outstanding experiences
• Own a specialist area (Service, Therapy or Experience) while remaining flexible across all areas

Your working hours

• Full-time
• You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 150 over a 4‑week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements

About you

Experienced in customer service and people management

Approachable and supportive with strong communication and interpersonal skills

Highly organised, detail-oriented and proactive in problem-solving

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Hold at least one of the following qualifications: Level 3 Beauty, NPLQ, PPO, Training Assessor or equivalent or willingness to undertake training
