Job Description:

AI Business Analyst / Tech Product Owner

Location: Leopardstown, 3 days per week onsite
Daily Rate: €450 - €550 LTD or Umbrella

Our client is seeking a dynamic Business Analyst / Product Owner to join their Enterprise Risk & Finance Technology team. This exciting opportunity involves shaping and delivering AI-enabled automation solutions from concept to production, ensuring alignment with business objectives and high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead discovery activities to identify opportunities for AI-driven automation and process enhancement.
• Define clear problem statements and measurable business objectives for proposed solutions.
• Perform feasibility assessments alongside architects and software engineers.
• Translate business requirements into detailed scope and delivery objectives.
• Act as Product Owner throughout the project lifecycle, prioritising delivery backlogs and balancing business value with technical constraints.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, requirement discussions, and solution reviews.
• Conduct hands-on testing and support automated testing strategies.
• Monitor solution performance and user feedback post-deployment.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Strong background as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in technology delivery.
• Understanding of Financial Services or regulated business environments.
• Extensive Agile experience, ideally as a Product Owner
• Excellent communication skills to engage with senior stakeholders.
• Proficient in facilitating workshops and requirement gathering sessions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with data analysis to support business decisions.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and software development lifecycles.

Preferred Skills:

• Background in AI, analytics, or technology solutions.
• Proficiency in SQL, reporting tools, and business analytics.
