Telecoms Account Manager

£28,000 - £35,000 basic salary + uncapped commission (OTE £70,000+)

The Role

As a Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for managing and growing business mobile phone accounts. You'll work with high-quality leads, generate new business opportunities and build strong customer relationships that drive long-term success.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Identifying customer needs and recommending the right telecoms solutions
• Converting inbound and outbound sales opportunities
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
• Managing your sales pipeline through our in-house systems
• Achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets
• Delivering an excellent customer experience throughout the sales journey

What We're Looking For

• Previous sales experience is essential, ideally within a call centre or telesales environment
• Telecoms experience is beneficial but not essential
• Confident communicator with strong telephone skills
• Self-motivated, resilient and target-driven
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment
• Someone who is motivated by success and the opportunity to earn uncapped commission
