We’re growing fast — and we’re looking for a driven Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our busy Trades & Labour division covering Greater London.

The Role 💼

As a Recruitment Resourcer, you’ll play a vital part in supporting our consultants to deliver a first-class service to our clients and candidates. You’ll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing skilled trades and labour operatives across a range of construction projects throughout Greater London.

Key Responsibilities 📈

• Source and attract suitable trades and labour candidates via our Internal Database, job boards, social media, referrals.

• Conduct candidate registrations, right-to-work checks, and reference verification

• Maintain regular contact with operatives to ensure strong working relationships

• Assist consultants vacancies quickly and effectively

• Manage job adverts, candidate pipelines, and administrative tasks within our CRM system

• Provide excellent service to both candidates and clients

• Previous experience in recruitment or resourcing isn't essential

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• A proactive, energetic, and resilient personality

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
