£25,500 Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission
Year 1 OTE £30,000-£35,000+
Full-Time | Permanent
7:30am-4:30pm (Reduced Hours During School Holidays)

The Role
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you'll receive full training in the recruitment process while developing valuable sales, business development and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities include:

• Sourcing and interviewing candidates
• Building relationships with clients and job seekers
• Managing vacancies and recruitment campaigns
• Developing new business opportunities
• Conducting sales calls and client meetings
• Matching candidates to suitable opportunities
• Managing the recruitment process from vacancy to placement
• Working towards KPIs, targets and commission goals

About You
We're looking for attitude and potential rather than recruitment experience.

You will have:

• A full UK Driving Licence is essential
• Strong communication and people skills
• A positive, resilient and motivated attitude
• A target-driven or sales-focused mindset
• Confidence building relationships with others
• Ambition to develop a long-term career
• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
