Location: Felixstowe
Salary: Up to £30,000, depending on experience
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:30pm

We are recruiting for a Transport Administrator to join a global company based in Felixstowe. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start or develop their career within transport, logistics, or administration.

Previous experience within transport, haulage, freight, logistics, or a similar environment would be highly beneficial. Candidates with transport experience may be considered at the higher end of the salary range.

• Supporting the transport team with day-to-day administration

• Assisting with transport paperwork, documentation, and data entry

• Updating internal systems accurately

• Liaising with drivers, customers, and internal teams

• Helping to coordinate deliveries, collections, and schedules

• Responding to queries in a professional and timely manner

• Maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with internal processes

• Providing general administrative support to the wider team

• Previous administration experience would be beneficial

• Transport, logistics, haulage, or freight experience would be ideal

• Strong attention to detail

• Good communication skills

• Confident using Microsoft Office and internal systems

• Organised, reliable, and keen to learn

• Ability to work well in a busy environment

• A proactive attitude and willingness to support the team
