The Role
We’re recruiting a Waking Night Children’s Residential Support Worker to join a growing children’s home in Coalville, recently expanded from 3 to 4 beds. This Waking Night Support Worker role supports young people with EBD (Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties) in a stable, Ofsted Good environment.
As a Waking Night Children’s Residential Support Worker, you’ll provide calm, consistent care throughout the night, ensuring safety, emotional wellbeing, and positive routines for young people in children’s residential care.

Full induction and ongoing CPD
NVQ Level 3 or 4 funded
Progression into Senior Support Worker roles

Willing to work towards Level 3/4 if not already qualified
