About the Service
Pinecroft is our specialised residential home where we support autistic adults who has a variety of mental health needs. We support them to develop skills to promote their health and wellbeing, inclusion in the local community and greater independence. We are looking for staff with a “can do” approach who can offer active support to facilitate and enable the people we support and help keep their home tidy and clean.
About the Role
We are looking for caring and reliable Support Workers. Your role is to help people live their best lives by following their support plans and night and morning routines. While residents are asleep you will be undertaking the housekeeping cleaning duties ensuring that we meet infection prevention and control standards.

This advert is for a full-time position at 36 Hours per week.
Your working pattern in this role will require flexibility to meet the needs of the people supported and their families and will include evening and weekend working.
Possession of a driving licence (minimum one year) is essential
