Warehouse Operative – Pick, Pack & Dispatch

Job Type: Temporary (with potential for long-term placement)
Working Hours: 8am - 5pm or (7am - 4pm)  
Start Date: Immediate
About the Role Worldwide Logistics (WWL) in Dagenham is looking for a hardworking and reliable Warehouse Operative to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a long-term role within a well-established logistics operation.
You will play a key role in ensuring orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately using modern warehouse systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Picking and packing orders using hand held scanners
• Working with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) to process orders
• Preparing items for dispatch in line with WWL standards
• Ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks
• Supporting stock control and general warehouse duties
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment
• Meeting daily targets and deadlines in a fast-paced setting

Requirements

• Previous experience in pick, pack, and dispatch is highly desirable
• Experience using scanners or WMS systems is a strong advantage
• Must have a good understanding of English (both written and verbal)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual, and committed
