Job Description:

Position: Returns Warehouse Operative

Full Time Shift: 08.00-16.00 / Monday to Friday (Fixed Shifts)

Salary: £12.71 - £13.39 p/h

Location: Brackmills Industrial Estate, Northampton

Interaction Recruitment are proud to be seeking keen, reliable and experienced Returns Department Operatives to join the team for their esteemed client, J&J Global Fulfilment Centre on the Brackmills Industrial Estate.

This role will involve processing customer returns within a modern warehouse environment, including checking returned items, assessing condition, updating systems accurately, repacking products where required and ensuring all returns are handled efficiently and to a high standard for our clients.

What are we looking for?

• Previous experience within returns, goods-in roles
• Experience warehouse administration (optional )
• Very good computer skills
• Quality checking would be key for this role
• Strong attention to the details
• Great attitude - CAN DO!
• Good communications skills
• Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced fulfilment environment.
