Warehouse Supervisor
Moulton Park
40 hours per week, Any 5 days out of 7
Shift: 1:00pm – 10:00pm
£14.98 per hour
Temporary to Permanent

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Backshift Supervisor to join a growing logistics company within a busy, fast-paced operational environment. This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity for a motivated leader with strong supervisory experience looking to progress within an expanding business.

Key Duties:

• Supervising and supporting backshift logistics operations to ensure smooth daily performance
• Leading, motivating, and managing a team to meet productivity and operational targets
• Monitoring staff performance, attendance, and workflow
  Ensuring health & safety procedures are followed at all times
• Managing shift planning and staff allocation effectively
• Maintaining high standards of efficiency, accuracy, and customer service
• Reporting operational issues and implementing solutions quickly
  Supporting the training and development of team members

Requirements:

• Previous supervisory or team leader experience within logistics, warehouse, or
• Operational environments
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting
• Good problem-solving and organisational skills
• Flexible, reliable, and proactive approach
• Knowledge of health & safety procedures
