 Business Development Executive

Salary 30-35K plus OTE

Job Summary:

We are seeking a  Business Development Executive with ambition and drive to grow with a team that are fully invested in the future productivity of the company. 

The Business Development Executive will establish and retain business growth opportunities and cross sell between business units, primarily by obtaining new clients and fostering business relationships to increase revenue.

Key responsibilities:

•  Manage both our existing sales pipeline and the development of new business opportunities - 1400 warm leads
•  Take a lead role in developing new-business proposals and presentations that create and nurture opportunities and partnerships
•  Identify trends and customer needs, building a sales pipeline for short/medium/long term in accordance with targets
•  Develop strategies and positions by analysing new-venture integration
•  Book and attend meetings with prospect clients
•  Identify areas for product/service development and assist with development and delivery of these.
•  Negotiating with suppliers

Person Specification:

Business Development executive

Qualifications · 5 GCSE grades A-C including Maths and English or Equivalent. · Business Degree ideal or relevant sales experience

Ideal Experience

•  2 experience working within a sales and business development role
•  Experience in Healthcare/Financial and/or Insurance sector
•  Successful track record in B2B sales and negotiation
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•  Experience in sales techniques
•  Proficiency in the use of CRM software idealy Salesforce
