Business Development Manager - Manchester

£35,000 basic + £1,500 joining bonus & uncapped comms up to £250,000

As a Business Development Manager on the team you are solely responsible for closing sales. They do not want you spending time cold calling or prospecting, in fact it's all done for you! You will have up to 8 qualified demos booked into your diary per day to conduct on Zoom or Teams, with decision makers of SME organisations.

You'll be selling a software platform that can save businesses valuable time, cost and efficiency. Tailoring the platform to any HR and Payroll needs the client may have.

Once you are comfortable in the role you will have the chance to attend webinars, seminars, events, conferences, and podcasts. In the last month there was a big 'drop in' event in the office, with BDMs getting involved with meeting businesses across the UK all day.

The next step in the company is Partner level, which can happen in as quickly as 12 months, work hard and achieve results and the title and salary increase will be provided.

As a Business Development Manager, you receive:

• Choose your own deal song, which will be played on the screens when you close deals
