Job Description:

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Car Sales Executive position within a reputable automotive dealership. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and experienced professional to join a well-established dealer group, selling a popular automotive brand in a customer-focused environment. The ideal individual will have a passion for automotive sales and delivering exceptional customer service.

Duties of A Car Sales Executive:

• Engage with customers by providing professional and tailored vehicle demonstrations
• Educate clients on the features and benefits of cars within the dealership’s range
• Build and maintain long-term relationships to generate repeat business
• Schedule test drives and guide customers seamlessly through the sales process
• Support the wider sales team in meeting monthly and annual targets
• Follow up on customer inquiries and manage prospects effectively
• Keep up-to-date with current vehicle specifications and industry developments

Requirements of A Car Sales Executive:

• Previous experience in car sales or a similar retail sales environment
• Minimum of one year’s experience in customer-facing sales roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional approach
• Full UK driving licence with a clean driving record
• Enthusiastic, motivated, and goal-oriented individual
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and participate in a Sunday rota
