Duties of a Vehicle Sales Executive:

• Develop in-depth product knowledge of the new luxury brand and other vehicles, maintaining expertise on features, benefits, and competitive advantages
• Manage the entire sales process, including greeting customers, conducting needs assessments, and closing sales effectively
• Handle all sales documentation accurately, ensuring compliance with dealership standards and customer satisfaction
• Build strong, lasting relationships with customers, promoting repeat business and customer loyalty
• Present vehicles professionally and ensure display vehicles are maintained to a high standard
• Follow up with prospects and existing customers to maximise sales opportunities
