We are currently recruiting on behalf of a reputable dealership in Dorchester for a skilled and motivated Car Sales Executive. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced automotive sales professionals seeking to advance their careers within a well-established dealer group. Benefits of a Car Sales Executive:

• Competitive basic salary of £18,000 per annum
• Uncapped earnings with an OTE of up to £50,000 annually
• Guaranteed commission for the first three months to support your transition
• Monday to Friday, five-day working week
• Working hours from 08:30 to 17:00, including Saturdays
• Closed on Sundays

Duties of a Car Sales Executive:

• Delivering first-class customer service to all clients and prospects
• Managing the complete sales process from greeting to sale closure
• Demonstrating vehicle features and technical specifications effectively
• Building and nurturing long-term customer relationships
• Achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets
• Ensuring compliance with manufacturer and dealership standards
• Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of current vehicle models, features, and industry developments

Requirements of a Car Sales Executive:

• Proven experience as a Car Sales Executive 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a target-driven attitude
• Professional approach to customer service
• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team
• Capable of working under pressure and maintaining high standards
• Full UK driving licence is essential
