Customer Service Advisor role:  

As a taxi licensing officer, you will play a key role within the Licensing team, supporting the administration, assessment, and processing of taxi licensing applications in line with legislation, council policies, and statutory timescales. The role requires a high level of accuracy, professionalism, and strong customer communication skills, the role can be undertaken on a hybrid or fully remote basis, subject to satisfactory performance and service requirements. This position is ideal for candidates who are detail‑focused, process‑driven, and confident working independently while contributing to a wider regulatory team.

Customer Service Advisor pay:  

£25,000 - £30,000 per annum.
