DEMOLITION SITE MANAGER REQUIRED in Woolwich, South East London

Rate for the DEMOLITION SITE MANAGER: £250 - £300 per day

Role: DEMOLITION SITE MANAGER needed for a new project

8-12 Weeks work - Start ASAP

Requirements:

• CCDO Black Card (Preferred) / CSCS Black Card Level 7, SMSTS (Essential), Fire Marshall, First Aid
• Proven experience in construction management with a strong understanding of building processes.
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and foster collaboration.
• Effective communication skills for liaising with clients, suppliers, and team members at all levels.
• Sound knowledge of health and safety regulations within the construction industry.
