Entry Level Recruitment Consultant (US Market)

Salary: £26,000 + Uncapped Commission | Industry-Leading Training | Clear Progression to Director
Hours: Monday - Friday (Early finish on Fridays!)
Location: Bristol City Centre

The role you will play:
As a Entry Level Recruitment Consultant, you'll build your own specialist market, develop relationships with clients and candidates, negotiate deals and earn uncapped commission on every placement you make.
You will:

• Source and interview high-quality candidates
• Build relationships with clients and win new business
• Manage the recruitment process from start to finish
• Negotiate offers and close deals
• Become an expert within your specialist market
