Health & Safety Coordinator - Co Kildare

Based from the Office in Maynooth Co. Kildare, Ireland. As part of the International Pre-construction team you will be involved in supporting Health and Safety requirements across tender, design, pre-construction, mobilization and project handover stages.

A fast paced role working alongside Planning, Commercial, Operations and Procurement. Supporting the development, strategy and maintenance of EHS systems, documentation, compliance registers and project controls / risk.

The Role 

• Assist in the preparation and coordination of project-specific EHS plans, documentation and mobilization 
• Support EHS responses for tenders, PQQs, client submissions & presentations
• Prepare and maintain project and country-specific EHS compliance 
• Maintain Pre-Construction EHS systems, registers, trackers and Project Control System information
• Coordinate EHS requirements associated with work packages, including relevant RAMS, lift plans, risk assessments, SOPs and toolbox-talk requirements
• Gather and maintain data for Pre-Construction EHS reporting, KPIs, dashboards and continuous-improvement
• Work collaboratively with ALL DEPARTMENTS , Supply Chain Partners & External Clients

What we're looking for

• Strong communication and presentation skills 
• Can do , pro active attitude , able to build relationships internally and externally 
• 2–6 years' EHS experience, preferably within construction 
• Good understanding of construction activities, programs sequencing, EHS legislation and risk 
• Strong exposure to EHS documentation, reporting and working across project teams
• Highly organized with good IT skills & Time keeping 
• NEBOSH & HSE Qualifications relevant to the Construction Industry 
• Professional memberships desired , however can be supported with if needed  

Culture & Client 

This isn't a hybrid position. You'll be based in the County Kildare Office near Maynooth office five days a week, typically from around 7.30–8.00am through to 5.30–6.00pm.

Occasional travel will be needed to meet clients, supply chain and engineering meetings can happen.
