I am currently representing Norfolk & Norwich University Hospital who are offering an initial temporary contract for a period of 3-6 months with a view to be extended or offered a permanent position for the right candidate at a rate which is negotiable dependent upon experience

We are looking for a Recruitment Administrator this role will be based at: NR1 1QQ, Rouen Road

The right candidate will:

• Drafting adverts for review
• Arranging interviews
• Preparing conditional offer letters and completing pre-employment recruitment checks
• Arranging start dates
• Responding to general enquiries via telephone, email and face to face
• Supporting at in-person recruitment events
• Data entry and retrieval for vacancies, applicants and colleagues using the Electronic Staff Records (ESR) system

We require the following:

• Recruitment and customer service experience, including applicant tracking systems and staff record systems. E.g., Trac and ESR.
