REGIONAL SALES MANAGER – ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Take full ownership of a regional territory, driving revenue growth through a blend of new business and account development.

Identify, target and win new clients through proactive business development.

Grow and develop existing accounts, building long-term, value-driven relationships.

Spot commercial opportunities and open new revenue streams within your market.

Develop and execute structured sales plans aligned to wider business objectives.

Work closely with internal teams to deliver high-quality solutions and support key accounts.

Operate with autonomy while maintaining focus on targets, margins, and commercial outcomes.

REGIONAL SALES MANAGER – SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Proven track record in driving revenue growth and hitting sales targets

Strong background in new business development alongside account management

Commercially sharp, results-driven and highly motivated

Confident managing the full sales lifecycle from prospecting through to close

Strong stakeholder management skills across multiple levels

Excellent communication, organisation, and time management

Self-motivated and comfortable operating in a home-based, field-driven role
