Job Description:

We are in need of a Home Manager who has experience working with elderly residents within a care home setting. This is for our small home located in Clacton on Sea.

You must have experience of being a manager previous within a care home, someone who is passionate, driven and a strong leader.

Our home is a residential care home which currently has a good CQC..

We need someone with strong commercial acumen who can drive occupancy within the service. This is a key attribute that is needed to move the home forward.

In this role you will provide effective leadership to the service and will be a role model to your staff team. Your main focus would be to ensure the team provides safe, sound and supportive care to the people they support.

Working with the multi-disciplinary teams, family members, local authorities and regulatory bodies, you will have overall responsibility and accountability for the delivery of a high-quality service and promoting a positive culture.

You must be:

• 2+ years experience working at deputy or management level within elderly care homes;
• Worked in a Care Home with Good CQC;
• Experienced in working in the healthcare sector;
• Driven and motivated and believe in quality care;
• An energetic, committed and approachable manager;
• An inspiring leader who can motivate teams through obvious passion and commitment.
