Resident Liaison Officer - Construction - Plymouth

The Company

My client operate with a dual capability, acting as both a Principal Contractor and a Specialist Subcontractor, allowing them to manage complex projects from design through to completion.

The Role - RLO (1 year contract, with potential to extend)

Due to ongoing project successes, my client are looking for a Resident Liaison Officer, you will play a vital role in maintaining positive relationships between residents, clients and site teams throughout the delivery of refurbishment and construction works.

You will be the primary point of contact for residents, ensuring they are kept informed, supported and engaged throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for residents during construction and refurbishment works.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with residents and clients 
• Keep residents informed of project schedules, progress updates and any disruptions.
• Manage resident enquiries, concerns and complaints, ensuring issues are resolved promptly and professionally.
• Conduct consultations, site visits and satisfaction surveys.

About You

• Previous experience as a Resident Liaison Officer, Tenant Liaison Officer or in a customer-facing role within construction, housing or property services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organisational and administrative abilities.
