Job Description:

Senior BMS Support Engineer

East of England & Western Home Counties

Are you an experienced BMS Support Engineer looking for a role where your technical capability is genuinely valued, your development is supported, and you can work on a broad range of building management systems across service, upgrades and diagnostics?

Our client is one of the world’s largest independently employee-owned BMS companies, delivering high-quality Building Energy Management System solutions across a wide range of commercial and critical environments. Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a Senior BMS Support Engineer to join their established service and support team covering the East of England and Western Home Counties region.

This is an excellent opportunity for a technically capable engineer who enjoys fault-finding, problem-solving, and customer interaction, while also wanting exposure to upgrade and modernisation projects rather than purely reactive service work.

The successful candidate will undertake planned preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and support activities for a variety of BMS and control systems in line with agreed service level agreements. The role will also involve delivering turnkey upgrade solutions ranging from controller replacements through to larger BMS system upgrades and improvement works.

You will also respond to customer callouts and technical issues, systematically identifying faults, resolving system problems and ensuring clients receive a high standard of technical support and service delivery.

This position would suit someone who enjoys a varied role that combines technical support, software and controls diagnostics, customer-facing service engineering and project upgrade activities.
