About the Role

We are looking for an experienced, ambitious and commercially focused Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team.

As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing and developing existing client relationships, winning new business and delivering a high-quality recruitment service to candidates and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment process from business development through to candidate placement.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and candidates.
• Develop existing accounts and identify opportunities for increased business.
• Generate new business through networking, referrals, LinkedIn, market research and proactive sales activity.
• Source, interview and shortlist high-quality candidates.
• Provide expert advice to clients on recruitment strategy, market conditions and salary levels.
• Manage interviews, offers and negotiations through to successful placement.
• Maintain accurate candidate and client records within the CRM.
• Build a strong network and reputation within your specialist market.
• Meet and exceed individual billing, revenue and activity targets.
• Support and mentor junior and trainee consultants where required.
• Contribute to team strategy, best practice and the wider growth of the business.

About You

We’re looking for an established recruitment professional who is:

• Experienced within a recruitment consultancy environment.
• Proven in achieving and exceeding billing or revenue targets.
• Confident in business development and winning new clients.
• Commercially minded with strong negotiation skills.
• Excellent at building and maintaining professional relationships.
• Confident communicating with candidates, clients and senior stakeholders.
• Resilient, motivated and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
• Highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple vacancies and priorities.
• A strong team player who can also work independently.
• Ambitious and keen to progress their recruitment career.
