Senior Recruitment Consultant

Location: Liverpool-based, Bootle Office - Hybrid
Salary: Up to £50,000 depending on experience, plus uncapped commission

Are you an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant who enjoys winning new business just as much as making placements?
  
Do you like picking up the phone, opening doors, building strong client relationships and having genuine ownership of your desk?
  
You’ll take ownership of your own desk across office and commercial and digital marketing roles. This is a genuine 360 position, so you’ll be responsible for developing new business, managing client accounts, attracting high-quality candidates and overseeing the full recruitment process through to placement.

What you’ll be doing
You’ll manage the full 360 recruitment cycle, balancing business development, client management and candidate delivery to build a successful and profitable desk.
  
Your role will include:

• Proactively identifying and approaching prospective clients
• Winning new business through calls, emails, networking and meetings
• Understanding clients’ hiring challenges and presenting tailored recruitment solutions
• Negotiating fees, agreeing terms and securing new vacancies
• Building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships
• Growing existing accounts and identifying further opportunities
• Sourcing, interviewing and placing high-quality candidates
• Managing the full recruitment process, from the initial brief through to placement
• Building your network across the office, commercial and digital marketing markets
• Delivering an excellent experience to clients and candidates
• Working towards individual revenue and business development targets
• Contributing ideas and playing an active part in Everpool’s continued growth

  
What we’re looking for
Previous recruitment experience is essential for this position. We’re looking for someone who understands the full 360 recruitment process and is confident developing new business as well as delivering on vacancies.
  
You’ll also need:

• A proven track record within recruitment
• Previous experience of winning and developing new business
• Confidence making outbound calls and approaching prospective clients
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
• A commercial mindset and the drive to grow a profitable desk
• A confident, professional and personable approach
• Excellent organisation and time-management skills
• The ability to manage both client and candidate pipelines
• The motivation to meet targets and deliver results
• The ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment
