We are recruiting Warehouse Operatives and Counterbalance Forklift Drivers for a prestigious company in Gaydon, Warwickshire.

 WAREHOUSE OPERATIVES
 £13.26 per hour | Overtime: £19.98 per hour
 Working Hours

• Monday–Thursday: 06:15–15:15
• Friday: 06:15–11:15

 Enjoy an early finish every Friday!
Your Duties
As a Warehouse Operative, you will support the smooth running of warehouse and production-line operations. Your duties will include:

• Working on the production line, handling and processing products efficiently.
• Feeding components or materials onto the production line and ensuring a steady workflow.
• Checking products for quality and reporting any defects or issues.
• Packing, labelling and preparing products as required.
• Moving stock and materials between warehouse and production areas.
• Loading and unloading goods when required.
• Keeping your workstation clean, tidy and safe.
• Supporting general warehouse duties and helping the team meet daily targets.

What We're Looking For

• Previous warehouse or production experience is essential.
• Basic computer skills.
• Good spoken and written English.
• A reliable, hardworking attitude and good attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

 
 COUNTERBALANCE FORKLIFT DRIVERS
 £16.34 per hour
 Rotating Shifts

• Morning shift: 06:00–14:00
• Afternoon shift: 14:00–01:00
• Early Friday finish on the morning shift: 06:00–12:00

Requirements

• Valid Counterbalance Forklift certificate is a MUST.
• Previous forklift driving experience is preferred.
• A reliable and safety-conscious approach to work.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
