Job Description:

£50,000-£55,000 + £80,000 OTE | Uncapped Commission | Leeds City Centre
We're looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a background in healthcare recruitment or healthcare staffing to join a growing healthcare staffing business in Leeds.
This is a genuine new-business role, focused on identifying new opportunities, winning clients and developing them into long-term, profitable accounts. You'll have dedicated recruitment, compliance and operational support behind you, allowing you to focus on building relationships and generating new business.
The role

• Identify and target new business across the healthcare and social care market.
• Build relationships with owners, directors, registered managers and senior decision-makers.
• Manage the full sales process from initial approach through to signed agreement and first booking.
• Win new care groups, multi-site providers and strategically important accounts.
• Develop new clients into sustainable, profitable partnerships.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast through HubSpot.
• Attend client meetings, networking events and industry forums.
• Work closely with recruitment and operational teams to ensure client requirements are delivered.

About you
You'll have a proven track record in business development within healthcare recruitment or healthcare staffing, with evidence of personally winning new clients and generating revenue.
We're looking for someone who:

• Understands healthcare recruitment and staffing models.
• Has experience selling into care homes, children's services, supported living or similar organisations.
• Is confident prospecting, developing senior relationships and winning new business.
• Understands margins, gross profit and the importance of building profitable accounts.
• Can take ownership of a pipeline and consistently follow opportunities through.
• Is commercially driven but understands the importance of long-term client relationships.
