Job Description:

Interim HR Manager
Duration: 6 Months
Salary: £55,000 - £65,000
Location: Middlesborough - Hybrid

Elevation Recruitment Group are currently supporting a client who is seeking an experienced HR Manager to support a business acquisition and integration project.

This is a hands-on role working closely with senior stakeholders to manage the people aspects of an acquisition for c100 employees. You'll provide HR leadership throughout the transition, supporting employee communications, organisational change, integration planning, employee relations and ensuring a smooth onboarding into the wider group.

Key Requirements of the HR Manager:

• Proven HR Manager or Senior HRBP experience
• Strong change, integration or M&A exposure
• Confident operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Engineering, manufacturing or industrial sector experience would be advantageous
